Marathon
Endurance sports, including marathon, are some of the most physically demanding sports in the world as they they require mental toughness, cardiovascular strength, and optimal efficiency.
Whether you have a goal to run your first marathon or qualify for Boston - SPC can help! Our new Marathon Training program is the most comprehensive program around and includes two coached workouts per week, functional strength training on Wednesday evenings (at RU) and long runs on Saturdays (various San Diego locations). The program also includes speed work, a nutrition program, and offers other optional workouts during the week. We also encourage the group to meet for workouts outside of the official training sessions.
Our 2009 Rock 'N Roll Training Program starts January 21st!
