Lacrosse
Lacrosse, in it's own unique way, is one of the most physically demanding sports in the world. It takes the fitness demands of soccer and blends them in with the physical demands of rugby and football. It requires a tremendous amount of skill along with agility and quickness.
- Develop defensive speed through multi-directional speed drills, specific to lacrosse.
- Increase first step quickness and cutting speed to make slashing runs on goal.
- Maximize lower body and core rotational strength for increased velocity and accuracy with shooting.
- Develop sport specific strength to out muscle your opponent.
- Run the opposition into the ground through lacrosse specific conditioning.
