Golf

Success in golf comes from the bodies ability to translate lower body and core rotational strength into upper body power. It requires balance, flexibility, timing, power and stability.

  • Increase functional flexibility through the hips, trunk and shoulders to maximize the wind up effect on your back swing.
  • Extensive medicine ball work to gain optimal hip, pelvic and trunk rotational accleration, adding yards to your drive and greater range with your approach shots.
  • Maximize muscular endurance and overall fitness to prevent fatigue and loss of control on the 18th tee.
