Basketball

Basketball is not all about how high you can jump. Training programs that focus heavily on plyometrics only are only addressing one piece of the pie. Basketball is about timing, balance, reactive speed, lateral movement, single leg strength, and foundational stability. SPC addresses the needs of the entire sport:

  • Build lower body strength and core stability for post up power and dominance in the paint.
  • Increase flexibility and plyometric strength to pound the boards.
  • Build multi-direction quickness for greater defensive abilities.
