Baseball

Success in the sport of baseball depends on the athletes ability to use rotation to convert lower body power into upper body power. SPC will help the athlete improve all aspects of their game including:

  • Greater power and bat speed development through functional training strategies.
  • Increased reactive abilities and first step speed to help get from first to second.
  • Functional flexibility to help prevent injury and produce greater strength and power.
  • Increased core strength and stability to allow for greater throwing endurance and decreased risk of upper body injuries.
  • Improved lateral mobility and strength for greater defensive abilities on the field.
